There is a 30-day billing cycle. Your data is reset at midnight on the day your billing cycle ends. Your data will be reset at midnight on the 2nd if your billing cycle begins on the 3rd of the month.
What day of the month does the data change?
Your plan's monthly allowances can be reset. The last day of the billing period is when they reset.
Does data usage stay the same?
Data usage can be reset on a day of the month. The cycle resets on the first day of the following month if the month is shorter than requested. A cycle reset day on January 30 would cause a reset on March 1 at 00:00 UTC.
How long is the billing cycle?
Monthly charges are adjusted according to the number of days you are billed for. There will be partial month charges when you make changes to your account following a service installation.
Does my data change when I pay my phone bill?
Paying a bill early will not reset your data. You can upgrade your plan mid-cycle if you have used all your allotted data.
How do you know when your data changes?
Go to the settings app on your phone and scroll down until you see a menu. You can see how much data you have used in the Data menu. It's important to make sure the start date and billing cycle are correct for your contract.
What does cycle end mean?
The T-Mobile hotspot may display a cycle end date or data allowance has run out. The District is on an unlimited plan. T-Mobile doesn't have a way of disabling these messages. The messages don't mean the hotspot won't work.
How do I change my data usage?
On the data usage page, you can tap on the warning and limit. This will open more settings. You can tap on the app data usage cycle when you are in the Data Warning & Limit page. You will be presented with a reset data.
Is mobile data refreshed every month?
Mobile broadband does not roll over from one month to the next. The data won't be carried over if you don't use it by the end of the month. If you run out of data, your computer will automatically download software updates.
How often should you change statistics?
You have to confirm that you want to reset the statistics. To correspond to your cell plan billing cycle, you will want to reset this screen once per month.
Is there a grace period for late payments?
Yes. If your account has a past due balance greater than $5, you will still be charged a late payment fee. A late payment fee can be charged to your account as early as the day after the original bill's due date.
Why did my bill go up?
One-time charges can cause your bill to go up. These are not limited to late fees. Pay per view or on demand purchases.
Why does my bill change every month?
There are a number of conditions that could cause your bill to change each month. A one-time fee, a partial month charge or a credit for a change made in the middle of your bill cycle is what happens when you change your service. There is an unpaid bill charge.
Is it possible to reset your data early?
Open the settings and choose System, Advanced, and Reset options. You will be shown an overview of the data you are about to wipe. To start the reset process, enter the lock screen PIN code and then tap Erase all data again.
Is it possible to pay my phone bill early?
If you can't pay your bill in full before it's due, a promise to pay is not necessary. You can make a one-time payment for payments before the due date. Go to the More tab and tap Bill. Enter your password, fingerprints or Face ID.

The data can last for 50 hours at low definition. The table below shows how much data each pastimes uses to find out how long you can do it for.
What does the current period mean?
The period of time since the last reset is referred to as the current period. This is not related to the cellular plan. You can see the beginning date of the current period by scrolling to the bottom and looking at the date under the reset option.

A 1GB data plan will allow you to browse the internet for 12 hours, stream 200 songs or watch 2 hours of standard-definition video. The main difference between mobile phone price plans is the amount of data they come with.
What is a cycle on the other side of the country?
There are ten bill cycles. The bill cycles are in chronological order. The statement ending date at the top of the bill is reflected in the bill cycle. The bills will be mailed eight days after the end of the statement.
How much internet do I have left?
You can view data usage from the menu screen. The scroll and select buttons can be used to highlight. Click OK if you want to view data usage.
